Macro friendly Med Veg Pizzas – the perfect midweek “fake-away”
- 4 x Wholemeal Pitta Wrap (Dunnes Stores)
- Oven roasted soft veg (mushrooms, onions, peppers, courgettes)
- Serrano / Parma Ham (2 slices / approx 9g)
- 30g Mozzarella
- Spoonful of passata
- 10g black pitted olives (optional)
- 5g sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
👉Once pitta is crisp, take it out add a spoonful of passata as the base, add the veggies, ham, olives, sun dried tomatoes and top with mozzarella.
👉Pop back in the over for 10 mins to melt the cheese… easy!
