Macro friendly Med Veg Pizzas – the perfect midweek “fake-away

  • 4 x Wholemeal Pitta Wrap (Dunnes Stores)
  • Oven roasted soft veg (mushrooms, onions, peppers, courgettes)
  • Serrano / Parma Ham (2 slices / approx 9g)
  • 30g Mozzarella
  • Spoonful of passata
  • 10g black pitted olives (optional)
  • 5g sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
👉Chop up the soft veggies and pop them into the oven (about 180) for 10 mins. Put the pittas onto a shelf in the oven too.

👉Once pitta is crisp, take it out add a spoonful of passata as the base, add the veggies, ham, olives, sun dried tomatoes and top with mozzarella.

👉Pop back in the over for 10 mins to melt the cheese… easy!
