Macro friendly Med Veg Pizzas – the perfect midweek “fake-away”
- 4 x Wholemeal Pitta Wrap (Dunnes Stores)
- Oven roasted soft veg (mushrooms, onions, peppers, courgettes)
- Serrano / Parma Ham (2 slices / approx 9g)
- 30g Mozzarella
- Spoonful of passata
- 10g black pitted olives (optional)
- 5g sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
?Once pitta is crisp, take it out add a spoonful of passata as the base, add the veggies, ham, olives, sun dried tomatoes and top with mozzarella.
?Pop back in the over for 10 mins to melt the cheese… easy!
