Heres 3 steps you can take to make next week better than this week.
First of all, Better = +1%, it doesn’t need to be perfect, 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.
1️⃣ Analyse and assess the previous week.
“𝘍𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 , 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘸𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘦”.
Stop sweeping the previous 7 days under the carpet if things don’t go to plan, assess and make arrangements for those mistakes not to happen again.
Forecast the week in advance, know where, when,who and how. Have clarity on what you are doing and when you are doing it, and with who, if your parent be aware of the family plans and whats required, that includes planning down/off time for you. Thats a crucial element most of us forget to plan in.
3️⃣. Get accountable
Planning the above 2 is great if you have accountability, it will have a far greater chance of happening, if your not accountable you can fly under the radar yet again, and repeat the same next week.
