#13 Leo Daniel Ryan – The overlooked essential, breath work.

Leo is a Personal Trainer and Breathing Coach & the founder of Innate-Strength.com. He studied Strength & Conditioning, movement, health and breathing since  healing himself of asthma in 2004. 

After graduating with a MSc from University College Dublin, Leo continued to educate himself prolifically throughout my professional career in Ireland and internationally.  Attaining multiple diplomas and certificates from many elite personal training, physical therapy and breathing schools including Dip. Buteyko Method, Wim Hof Instructor, Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pilates teacher. One of the few people in his field that understand breathing, its impacts on the whole human being, its application to life, sports performance and how to train it.

In this episode Leo & Larry take a deep breath and dive into all things breathing, giving insight, tips , tricks and how to reclaim your breath, an essential area, so often overlooked and under valued in many peoples health and fitness journeys
