This is the best training I have ever done & I have tried pretty much all fitness centres in Wexford!!
The Trainers genuinely care about you improving, they are hands on – not just counting reps/time, more focus on technique rather than just lifting heavier for the sake of it, every exercise carefully explained, its fun but hard working. I’ve had huge increases in my strength across the board (25kg paused split squat) I’m learning
Its given me a huge boost and I have got my confidence for the gym back after having a baby and I’m executed to improve with every session.
There’s always full support and guidance on what we’re doing, help with proper technique and adaptations where it may be needed for me individually
The groups on Facebook and Instagram are great too with basically everything covered on all health topics in the FB group & food wise on Insta. I feel stronger and my mood is definitely better. I’m able to manage food better throughout the week and making it balance so you can still have a social life.

Totally different to any training I have tried before! I don’t think you’d get it anywhere else. From my point of view… for your trainer to be so informed and educated on women’s bodies and hormones (I’m 7 months PP & breastfeeding) I think is amazing. So impressive!!
The training have a much more hands on approach and provide in depth explanation into the “how and why” of every exercise. Noticeable weight loss especially around my waist and hips. Increased energy, regular bowel movements. Much more awareness of food, macros and calories. I actually look forward to training and seeing improvements in lifts.
