I have lost over 1 stone 2 pounds so far and still counting!

The focus on form and getting the technique right rather than firing on weight straight away really makes the difference. Along with gaining a more positive mindset and better relationship with food – I never feel like I am on a “diet”, I eat what I want but am more mindful and aware! People have started to comment on my weight loss and clothes are becoming looser! Starting to feel my pre-pregnancy strength come back!
