Need some high protein breakfast inspiration?? Try this flavour loaded chocolate & raspberry porridge topped with low fat cottage cheese!
?50g oats, 1 sq 85% dark chocolate cooked in a pot with milk (or water), add 50g frozen or fresh raspberries.
?Top with 80g cottage cheese (I use the Lidl one).
?Sprinkle 10g of crushed roasted hazelnuts on top!
?Macros: P20 | C44 | F14 (400 cals approx).
