Do I get a personal training programme?
Yes! You’ll receive a training programme based on your experience level, whether you train at home 2–3 days per week or in a gym 4–5 days per week. You’ll get a programme that suits you and challenges you each month.
I have a lot of training experience - is this for me?
Yes, there is training suitable for all levels. When you sign up, send Larry an email with your current experience and goals and he’ll set you at the right level. You will be challenged every month.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel with 3 days’ notice by email. Most members stay for 12 months or more — but there’s no lock-in. If you need to take a break, you can rejoin any time by signing up again.
What if my goal or Situation changes?
No problem. If you reach your goal and want to set a new one, Larry and the team will support you with realistic targets and timeframes. LD Foundations grows with you.
What type of gym do I need?
LD Foundations has training options for every situation. After signing up, you’ll choose from: Commercial Gym (machines and free weights), Garage Gym (rack, bench and weights), or At Home (no formal equipment needed).
I'm outside of Ireland - Can I still join?
Yes! LD Foundations works from anywhere in the world. Join our growing global community.
I'm a vegetarian or Vegan. Will this work for me?
Yes. You won’t receive a set meal plan. Instead, you’ll get macros for protein, fats and carbs and learn how to understand food so you can eat what you enjoy. We have a large number of vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians on LD Foundations.
