First outing for LD Coaching @hellandbackrun, absolutely epic day.
Incredible comradery and willingness to help each other out, but also just giving random others in the field a dig out when needed, defined community and what we are all about.
Proud to have these guys and gals wearing our tees today, was hard to miss us!
