Most people will look at the difference between the two pictures and notice the obvious weight loss. But what they cannot see, is the improvement in sleep quality, digestion, training knowledge and overall mindfulness when it comes to approaching nutrition.
So far I have completed 20 weeks under the guidance of Larry and at no stage throughout that time, did it ever feel like a burden. I still managed to work my training and nutrition around my schedule and enjoy socializing multiple times per week, all whilst still staying on track. If anything, working with Larry has improved my social life, as it has given me the confidence to actually approach these situations like an adult and be mindful of my own actions.
My training has reached new levels in both strength and in execution. I do not approach training with the mindset of a 300lb mass monster, performing every set to failure and killing myself in the gym for 2 hours everyday. Instead I focus on quality over quantity, contracting muscles instead of shifting weights and it shows. What I have gained over the past 20 weeks will influence my actions for the rest of my life and help me in becoming the best version of myself.
Signing up to be coached by Larry has probably been one of the best decisions I have made in my life so far, in terms of personal development and I look forward to continuing my work with Larry as we push forward to crush even more goals.
