Although it’s not the most fun topic Kate did an awesome job & it was a lot more interesting than I expected.

My take home would be the focusing on my strengths – when she listed out the various skills and strengths for in person or online coaching. Also about systems- not having to find a be all & end All. See what works and twerk it if needs be or even create your own.

I would love if the Seminar was longer!! Since a lot of this is stuff they do not teach you in PT training!

Really opened by eyes to treating each client as an individual with specific needs. Two people may desire the same result but will require a different journey to get there. As an Online Coach, I realise that my way isn’t going to suit everyone and I need to learn to adapt!
