How Online 1-1 Coaching works.

Complete a detailed questionnaire,  where we will gather your current and historical background on health,  exercise and nutrition , including  movement videos which I will use to construct your training and nutrition suitable for level and goal. 

We will work closely on building key habits to solidify lasting results. 

Delivered entirely online using our LD App, email, whats app, video – we will guide you your journey. 

Feedback will be submitted weekly on your check-in day, you shall receive feedback within 24 hours from your coach. 

Clear goals established by both you and I , as we will work together on this process.  This is a two way system , and I ask that you are as committed  to your goals as I will be.

Together we will map out a journey towards success and lasting outcomes.
