With over 25,000 hours of hands-on personal training and online coaching experience spanning 13 years, I’ve encountered almost every challenge the real-world individual faces. I’ve successfully coached hundreds of men and women — just like you — from all walks of life to their goals.

In a world of conflicting opinions, low morals and misinformation, my passion is to create real-world, bull-sh#t free solutions to these challenges. I now regularly hold workshops to upskill Personal Trainers from around Ireland.

Every programme starts from the ground up — looking at lifestyle, sleep, stress, digestion, energy levels and mental focus before anything else. Getting the foundations right is what makes real results possible.

Teach To Fish

Give a person a fish, feed them for a day. Teach them to fish, feed them for life. The aim is always to educate you to become self-sufficient — so you understand the process and have the tools to maintain without me.

Honest and open communication on both sides — to keep you engaged and making real progress throughout the coaching process.

From the outset we discuss what you want to achieve, then set goals that are realistic and attainable based on your current position, the timeline and my experience as a coach.
