In this masterclass Larry will break down the main elements to your workout and demonstrate how to get the most from movements, expected intensity and getting the biggest bang for buck from your sessions.
The class will trouble shoot any movements you need help with – leaving you equipped with an arsenal of tools to utilise going forward in your training.
Suited to all levels and those training at home or in a gym.
