Larry Doyle has coached over 2,000 clients online and in person during the last 15 years and now regularly holds seminars to up skill other Personal Trainers from around Ireland.

Larry Doyle Coaching is the first online training business to be Accredited by the All Ireland Business All Stars, which recognises businesses who show outstanding trust, performance and customer service.

We now have exclusive availability for a limited number of Group Personal Training clients. Book your space today to train with one of Irelands leading PT’s so you can start your journey to success!

Here is how it works.

  • Train with a specialist Personal Trainer 3 times weekly. Our Trainers have collectively over 35 years experience and extensive client results.
  • Training slots available Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
  • Weekday training times of 6am, 7am, 9.30am and 5.30pm. 
  • 3 month minimum commitment, in our experience the process works best when both sides are committed for at least this period. (Payments set monthly by direct debit or card).
  • Each session will consist of resistance training and aerobic conditioning, based in our new training facility – Larry Doyle HQ.

In addition to training you will also get:

  • Access to the Larry Doyle Coaching Facebook Community which is jam packed with 6 years of information, videos, hints and tips.
  • Individualised Macros / Calories for your goal – plus access to Macro Management, our food knowledge and support hub!! 100’s of recipes, plus our own custom LD recipe booklets and “lead by example” hints and tips on all things food via @macroswithkate.
  • Nutritional guidance suitable for your goal along with the support you need to learn how to make more informed food and lifestyle choices for long term sustainable health.

Joining the Group training with Larry Doyle is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made

The training have a much more hands on approach and provide in depth explanation into the “how and why” of every exercise. Noticeable weight loss especially around my waist and hips. The groups on Facebook and Instagram are great too with basically everything covered on all health topics in the FB group & food wise on Insta. I feel stronger and my mood is definitely better. I’m able to manage food better throughout the week and making it balance so you can still have a social life.

This is the best training I have ever done & I have tried pretty much all fitness centres in Wexford!!

The Trainers genuinely care about you improving, they are hands on – not just counting reps/time, more focus on technique rather than just lifting heavier for the sake of it, every exercise carefully explained, its fun but hard working. I’ve had huge increases in my strength across the board (25kg paused split squat) I’m learning
