Larry Doyle has coached over 2,000 clients online and in person during the last 15 years and now regularly holds seminars to up skill other Personal Trainers from around Ireland.

Here is how it works.

  • Train with a specialist Personal Trainer 3-4 times weekly. Our Trainers have collectively over 35 years experience and extensive client results.
  • Training slots available Monday, Wednesday, Friday & optional Saturday aerobic conditioning.
  • Weekday training times of 6am, 7am, 9.30am and launching soon 5.30pm & 6.30pm.
  • 12 weeks minimum commitment, in our experience the process works best when both sides are committed for at least this period. (Payments set monthly by direct debit or card).
  • Each session will be 60mins, consisting of resistance training and aerobic conditioning, using a mixture of free weights and machines, based in our new training facility – Larry Doyle HQ.

In addition to training you will also get:

  • Access to the Larry Doyle Coaching Facebook Community which is jam packed with 6 years of information, videos, hints and tips.
  • 100’s of recipes, plus our own custom LD recipe booklets and “lead by example” hints and tips on all things food via Instagram
  • Nutritional guidance suitable for your goal along with the support you need to learn how to make more informed food and lifestyle choices for long term sustainable health.

The training have a much more hands on approach and provide in depth explanation into the “how and why” of every exercise. Noticeable weight loss especially around my waist and hips. Totally different to any training I have tried before! I don’t think you’d get it anywhere else. From my point of view… for your trainer to be so informed and educated on women’s bodies and hormones (I’m 7 months PP & breastfeeding) I think is amazing. So impressive!!
